Property/Land search and purchase…

Fees will be based upon an agreed binding contract/agreement, with our clients from the start, that confirms that clients will pay:

Search Fee Balearic Islands: We are to be paid an advanced fee of $2,000 for our searching on the islands.

Search For England, Greece and Italy: We are to be paid an advanced fee of $3,000 plus and additional expenses – hotel, flights etc.

Purchase of Property: We to be paid a fee of between 2.75% and 4.75% of the purchase price. For example
on properties under €499,000, 4.75%
on properties between €500,000 - €2,999,999, 4.00%
on properties between €3,000,000 - €5,999,999, 3.50%
2.75% on properties over €6,000,000.

Once a property has been found, and clients wish to purchase, we expect our client’s to provide 30% of our fee in advance of purchase negotiations – (example: €300,000 property - € 4,050). This amount is to be transferred to our Kyiv bank account. This fee percentage is returnable, less expenses and accrued interest, should the purchase not proceed.

Should a client like us to negotiate for one of the properties, on their behalf, then we expect our clients to pay an additional 30% of fee (still refundable) and then the 40% balance on completion of the purchase. If deciding to go through our lawyers for negotiation and purchase, then the 70% fee balance will be paid on completion of purchase.

Should any client, after starting negotiations for purchase change their minds with regard to their original criteria, and not complete the purchase, then the initial 30% of our fee will not be refunded.

If fee payments are not completed on time then we have the right to add interest at 30% and take court action to obtain fees owed to our company.

Holiday Services

Clients are to telephone and give details of requirements – type of hotel, number of rooms and dates of arrival and period of stay. We will return call with list of options and costs.
