Check-in and departures time

Check-in time is 12:00.
Early check-in before 12:00 is only possible in the apartment is free at this time. 
Check-out time is 12:00.
If you leave after 13:00 you will be charged half the daily room-rate. Late
departures will only be considered in the event that the apartment is not
otherwise reserved.
The cost of an apartment includes clean linen every third day is requested.
The following services are also provided for additional payment:
- Laundry and dry-cleaning of clothes
- Personal shopping

Booking and cancellation of reservation

All apartment reservations must be re-confirmed three days prior to
arrival. We require an advance deposit equivalent to the first days rent in
order to secure the apartment. Should you arrive during the day, or in
the evening, you can always contact us to receive information about
available apartments. If you want to rent apartment for more than three nights, you can reserve it in advance. Without an advance payment we cannot guarantee your reservation on a similar apartment.  The advance payment is included in the cost of residing.

If you cannot arrive on the reservation date, then the advance payment
for the first day of rent cannot be refunded. In this case
You will need to make a new reservation for a new date and send an
advance payment once again. The advance payment is a guarantee of your arrival.
For clients who are regularly using our services we can work without an
advance payment.
